Manufacture of custom-made lamps

This is not the first time we have collaborated with the Novikov group - for many restaurants our lighting studio has prepared designer lighting. This time we were lucky to go to Sochi. If you find yourself in Krasnaya Polyana, be sure to stop by Arkady Novikov Cheese Factory. For this truly soulful place, we made unique lamps out of steel cups designed by Studio SHOO. They are made by a rotary pull method, and each has an LED strip at the base. The powder-coated steel and aluminum is mesmerizing to the eye. Simple, clear, concise and tasteful! Personally, the composition reminded us of dozens of small floor lamps, which made it even more cozy. By the way, if you look out the window, you can see not only our light art object, but also on the peaks of the ridge - whether in winter or in summer - the view is just great.

The Toy is a high-end restaurant with a wow factor that transforms into a theater without a stage in the evenings, where the audience is involved in the performance. The interior is elegant and impressive, with recognizable details, executed in a combination of grotesque classical elements and modern style. The lighting compositions at THE TOY are "art objects" that we created with our own hands, designed by the studio "ArchPoint". Steel and brass, shades of gray and beige, antique motifs, played in a modern way - that's The Toy restaurant in Moscow. Our team worked on a decorative screen with many built-in lights. We also created a chandelier that is 3.5 meters in size made of acrylic cylinders and a glowing "slide" for bottles and drinks. The online magazine porusski.me called our lighting installation an "art object." To quote: "Upon entering The Toy, visitors' attention is immediately drawn to an art object resembling an organ. This element emphasizes the height of the ceiling and greets guests in an impressive way. The cement floors with a graphic pattern contrast the severity of the interior. The organ is illuminated from the inside in the evening, which makes the vertical lines seem more elongated."

In 2018, Regent, a high-end European cuisine restaurant opened by restaurateur and brand chef Alexey Pinsky, was recognized by the prestigious Michelin international guide, and its wine list was awarded the "Two Glasses" prize by the prestigious wine rating Wine Spectator - Award of Excellence. We won't go into detail about the incredibly delicious food here, but we will focus on the no less "delicious" interior. The main idea of the project is simplicity and respect for worthy artifacts of the past, with the addition of retro-futurism through new added elements. All the main elements of the interior were designed by the architects of "Archiproba Studios", Tamara Muradova and Askar Ramazanov: wall sconces, ceiling chandeliers, central round table, and the open kitchen construction in the form of a transparent kiosk. The space is decorated with three neon chandeliers in the central hall, which we made specifically for this project. In the second hall, a designer chandelier made of plastic pipes with LED strips, which was made according to the client's sketches, looks luxurious.

"Madison Event Hall" on Leningradsky Prospekt is a large-scale project from restaurateur Alexander Zaturinsky and businessman Arthur Gukasyan, combining a club theater, art deco, luxury, and the atmosphere of the 1920s in the USA. The interior design was developed by the architectural bureau of Valery Lizunov "ArchPoint", which was able to convey the atmosphere of the art deco era. Ceilings with oval coffered panels and a column made of metal tubes, paintings and large mirrors in gilded frames, massive wooden or marble tables with leather and velvet chairs - the theme of Gatsby resonates throughout. For the luxurious art deco style, of course, individual lighting is needed. This was our first project where we used artificial feathers. We made two unique chandeliers: a steel frame is installed with 20 spotlights, and the rings around are decorated with ostrich feathers, white boas, and faceted beads. One of the rings rises and falls on a cable system, which is used for the dancers' performances during the shows. The diameter of such a chandelier was 3.6 meters. In addition to the club's interior, custom-designed pieces were made: a torchiere, two brass sconces with ostrich feathers, and a lampshade made of goose feathers on a brass frame. That's the aesthetic of the era of bright parties.

We are pleased to introduce you to the modern eco-style of Anton Pinskoy's restaurant "Folk" and our unusual wooden chandelier. This story began with clients who approached us with a request to create an unusual art object for a restaurant in an eco-style. And we made a luminaire from a solid oak trunk. We found a suitable dry billet, and with manual processing, we achieved the necessary shape, sanded it, and coated it with oil. After that, a linear luminaire made of steel pipe was made and mounted underneath. The composition perfectly fits into the modern aesthetic of a traditional interior made of natural materials.

Together with restaurateur Alexey Pinsky and the architectural bureau WOWHAUS, we designed the lighting fixtures for the restaurant Farang (Enzo) from scratch. An interesting fact is that previously this space was a recording house and served as the center of the musical world for many generations of musicians. Now at the center of the concept is an eclectic interior, reflecting the diversity of the East. The name Farang means "foreigner," mostly "European," in Persian. The space is filled with Chinese, Indian, Arabic, Central Asian, Byzantine, and Venetian motifs. Lighting plays a key role in the interior. The lighting fixtures are literally everywhere. Together they are connected to a single system using DMX protocol and make it possible to create a variety of lighting scenarios, including dynamic ones. Massive columns are emphasized by vertical fixtures, - Wowhaus says, - a kind of imitation of the Moroccan light palette with its nightlights and dimmed light. The result is an interior that is exactly up to the task - a silk road kitchen for wandering souls.
